Task:
Organize technical support for the meeting of 16 medical experts in the format of a round table. One of the speakers has to speak online from Germany.
Solution:
For a convenient discussion of the meeting participants it was decided to use the conference system for 16 subscribers. Each delegate was thus able to immediately engage in the discussion using his or her own microphone.
Given that the presentations of the medical speakers are saturated with tables, diagrams and diagrams, wide-screen duplicates were placed inside the round table, thanks to which even the smallest details were clearly visible on the slides.
The online speaker from Germany was connected to the meeting without any overlap thanks to preliminary testing and clear instructions from our specialists. In addition, thanks to connected cameras, he saw his Russian colleagues, which is important when conducting a bilateral discussion in the format of a teleconference.
