Task: to hold in the conference hall of Novotel Moscow-City an online meeting of the discussion club of experts on the topic of treatment of children with short bowel syndrome. The event includes discussion format, presentations, participation of foreign specialists, work with presentations and launch of videos
Solution: our team organized the club in a format close to the TV studio: a bright LED screen was installed in the room, which in addition to the screensaver of presentations of speakers and remote speakers from the UK. A dialogue with foreign experts was facilitated by simultaneous translation, organized by us on a separate audio track.
Around the stage were placed three cameras and light totems with powerful rotating searchlights, which were controlled through a light console. All discussants were equipped with headphones.
